Good to Know
A few helpful things to know before reaching out.Booking
Start by filling out the contact form on our website and include as many details about your wedding as you can, especially your wedding date and location.
From there, we’ll reach back out with pricing information and package details. Once you’ve chosen the package that feels right for you, we’ll send over an agreement to review and sign. This includes your package breakdown, payment schedule, and all the important details.
To officially reserve your wedding date, we require a retainer of one third of the total package price.
The remaining balance is split into two payments: one payment due 60 days before the wedding, and the final payment due 2 weeks before the wedding.
And don’t worry, we handle all the math and due dates for you.
Yes. We offer both wedding photography and videography, and most couples choose to book us for both.
Since we work together as a husband and wife team, everything tends to flow really naturally throughout the day. We also offer 10% off when photo and video are booked together.
Of course. We’re always happy to hop on a phone or video call, answer questions, and make sure we’re a good fit for each other before moving forward.
No pressure at all.
Travel
We’re based in Portland, Oregon, and love documenting weddings all throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. We’re also available for travel anywhere within the USA and beyond.
Some of our favorite weddings have involved traveling to new places and getting to experience different locations and people along the way.
We don’t charge a travel fee for weddings within the greater Portland area.
For locations outside of the area, a travel fee may apply depending on distance and logistics. We’re always happy to provide a clear quote upfront so there are no surprises later on.
Photo & Video
Honestly, almost every couple says this before their wedding or session.
You don’t need to know how to pose or perform for the camera. We’ll guide you when needed, but we try to keep things feeling natural and easy rather than overly posed or stressful.
Most couples end up saying it felt way more comfortable than they expected.
Definitely. We’re happy to help build a timeline that allows enough space for photos, video, travel, lighting, and time to actually enjoy the day without everything feeling rushed.
After shooting weddings for years, we’ve learned what tends to work really well and what helps the day feel smoother overall.
Yes, when weather, timing, and location restrictions allow for it.
Drone footage can add a lot to the overall feeling and atmosphere of a wedding film, especially with Oregon landscapes and venues.
Delivery
Our typical turnaround time is around 4 to 6 months for both wedding photos and films. During peak wedding season, especially June through September, delivery times can occasionally take a little longer.
We always want to make sure every wedding gets the time and care it deserves during editing.
For video, once your film is finished, we’ll send you a private online gallery where you can watch, download, and share your film with family and friends.
For photo, when your gallery is ready, we’ll send over a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images.
Your photos and films will also be delivered on a USB drive so you have a physical copy to hold onto for years to come.
Absolutely. We love seeing couples share their photos and films.
If you do post them, we’d really appreciate being tagged so we can see and share them too. We just ask that no additional filters are added to the photos or videos so the colors stay true to how they were edited.
